Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out? Maybe anxiety is taking up too much space, or you’re navigating a major life or career transition. You don’t have to face it alone. I support adults with anxiety, chronic stress, health worries, burnout, and performance pressure—in work, sport, or music. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and warm. Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy—humour, creativity, and curiosity are welcome here.
In our work together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you, and help you respond more flexibly to difficult thoughts and emotions — so they no longer run the show. I integrate evidence-based approaches (including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and offer the option of using music in therapy for clients who find it meaningful or expressive.
