Psychotherapy Profile 1_edited.jpg

Jin Bai, MEd Candidate (Psychotherapy Intern)

It does not have to be this difficult. Sometimes, challenges present themselves with such intensity that it overwhelms our capacity to cope. We might feel stuck and unable to regulate on our own. Recognizing when to seek support is a sign of strength. My aim is to guide you to a place where you can celebrate life again.

As a culturally affirming BIPOC therapist, I welcome people of color, the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, and those who feel marginalized by their environment. My professional interests include anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and life transitions, as well as relationship and family conflict. Together, we will address the obstacles that keep you from the flourishing you are meant to achieve.

As a person-centered psychotherapist who uses mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, I am genuine, compassionate, and pragmatic. Our therapeutic relationship takes precedence as we co-author your life story with empowering language and establish functional habits that reconnect you with your strengths, foster fulfilling relationships, and facilitate authentic living.

You can reach me at therapywithjin@gmail.com. My practice is supervised by Phaedra Gryz, Registered Psychotherapist, and Zara Canteenwalla, Registered Social Worker. I am available for evening appointments as well as regular business hours.
